Shipping Carrier and Origin

All orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post with tracking.

Orders to the European Union and Monaco are shipped through Estonia using the EAS DDP delivery service, with final delivery handled by local postal services in the destination country.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

European Union and Monaco: 10–21 business days

Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and United Kingdom : 7–14 business days

New Zealand: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on the destination.

For orders to the European Union and Monaco, applicable VAT will be added to the shipping fee at checkout.

€12 — European Union
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

€14 — European Union and Monaco
Cyprus, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Monaco

€5 — Other Countries
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

For EU and Monaco orders, use the EAS Tracking Portal with the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow your shipment through to final delivery.

EU and Monaco Orders

VAT and applicable customs duties are calculated and collected at checkout and handled through EAS.

No additional VAT or customs duty payment will be required upon delivery.

Orders Outside the EU and Monaco

For orders shipped outside the European Union and Monaco, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may be imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

United Kingdom Orders

For orders to the United Kingdom with a merchandise value of £135 or less, excluding shipping and taxes, UK VAT is collected at checkout.

For orders with a merchandise value over £135, VAT is not collected at checkout. Import VAT and any applicable customs duties, customs clearance fees, or carrier handling fees may be charged upon import or before delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Canada Orders

Orders to Canada are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and carrier handling fees are not collected at checkout. If assessed upon import, these charges must be paid by the recipient.

Switzerland Orders

Orders to Switzerland are limited to a maximum merchandise value of €45, excluding shipping. Orders above this amount cannot be completed at checkout.

This limit is intended to help keep shipments below Switzerland’s low-value import tax collection threshold. Import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may still apply depending on the customs assessment.

Customs and Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only. Customs procedures, inspections, local postal conditions, weather, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.
