We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Inlay Stickers Global is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or restrictions affecting delivery to your location.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance after receiving and processing payment. If we cannot accept or fulfill your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order and will refund any applicable payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has entered processing or production. However, this does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
You represent that your purchases are for lawful purposes and not for unauthorized resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Shipping charges, taxes, VAT, customs duties, and other applicable charges may be added depending on the destination and will be displayed or otherwise disclosed before the order is completed where required.
For orders to the European Union and Monaco, VAT and applicable customs duties are calculated and collected at checkout and handled through EAS in accordance with our current shipping and tax arrangements.
For destinations outside the European Union and Monaco, taxes, import duties, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply as described in our Payment & Shipping page and Shipping Policy.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through the Services.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal, depending on the payment method selected at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your device, browser, and location.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from Japan using the shipping methods described in our Shipping Policy and Payment & Shipping page.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs procedures, local postal conditions, public holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Where required by applicable consumer law, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person designated by you, physically receive the goods. Different rules may apply if you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.
If an order appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Inlay Stickers Global names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans may be trademarks owned or used under license by us. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not necessarily monitor or control.
Third-party tools may be provided "as is" and "as available" and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies imposed by the relevant third-party provider.

Inlay Stickers Global is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our Store are made directly with N-51, operator of Inlay Stickers Global.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related services but is not the seller of the products offered by Inlay Stickers Global. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have directly against Shopify under applicable law.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes certain personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the platform.
